Easy and delicious snack that will pick you up if you need something quick. Carbs from the apple and fat + protein from the peanut butter. Did you know that peanut butter contains 25 grams of protein / 100 gram? Still waiting to get protein deficiency as a vegan lol.
- 1 apple of choice
- 2 tbsp organic organic crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Raw Cacao Nibs
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
1. Core the apple and cut in slices so it will look like a donut in shape.
2. Spread PB on top and garnish with cacao nibs and chia seeds.
