PB & Apple Donuts

Easy and delicious snack that will pick you up if you need something quick. Carbs from the apple and fat + protein from the peanut butter. Did you know that peanut butter contains 25 grams of protein / 100 gram? Still waiting to get protein deficiency as a vegan lol.

Recipe  

  • 1 apple of choice
  • 2 tbsp organic organic crunchy peanut butter ekologiskt jordnötssmör (I used a Swedish brand  ”ICA’s I Love Eco Crunchy”)
  • 1 tbsp Raw Cacao Nibs
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds

Core the apple and cut in slices so it will look like a donut in shape.

Spread Peanut Butter on top and garnish with cacao nibs and chia seeds.
