- 2 celery stalks
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 2 kale leaves, remove the stems
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1.5 inch / 3.5 cm piece of fresh turmeric root
- 2 inch / 5 cm piece of fresh ginger
- 2 lemons, peeled
- 1 apple, remove the core
- 1 cucumber
- 2 carrots
1. First, wash all the produce carefully.
2. Core the apple and chop all the ingredients up into normal sized pieces that will go into the juicer smoothly.
3. Follow the manufacture’s instructions for your juicer and start to juice your greens, fruits and vegetables. I like to alternate between greens and the firmer fruits and vegetables like apple, cucumber and lemon so you get as much juice from the produce as possible. Always add apple last since it helps to flush leftover juice out from the machine.
