Love this soup! Perfect for hot summer days.
- 3 small avocados
- 1 big broccoli head
- 4 handfuls of spinach
- 1 cup chopped green zucchini
- 1 big garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & Pepper after taste
- Hot water to right consistency
- Red bell pepper
- Fresh basil
- Black pepper
1. Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender.
2. Add as much hot water as you want/need, start with a little and add more later on if you want.
3. Mix until everything is well blended.
4. Pour into two bowls and garnish with red bell pepper, basil and pepper.
