Obsessed with this coffee drink, perfect for hot summer days! Here I’m using Oatly’s ikaffe (in coffee) milk which is made of oats and it’s sooo good. Super creamy and delicious, but if you can’t find it where you live you can go with any plant-based milk that is creamy. Like an almond creamer or a homemade almond milk (use less water to make it creamier).
- 1 shot espresso (about 100 ml)
- 6 large ice cubes
- Oatly ikaffe milk or almond creamer
- 1/4 tsp agave syrup /coconut syrup or maple syrup
