Today I thought I would share one of my absolute favorite breakfasts ATM, and it’s perfect to have after a workout since it’s packed with complexed carbs (from the bananas and granola), protein (from the hemp protein and spirulina powder) and healthy fats (from the nuts that are in the granola).
Plus that is tastes freaking amazing!!! (Most important haha).
Recipe for 1 person
- 2 frozen bananas, cut into chunks before freezing
- A handful fresh spinach
- 1 tsp Hawaiian spirulina
- Around 2/3 cup (ca 2 dl) almond milk
- 2 tbsp vanilla hemp protein, I used Nutivas Vanilla Hemp Protein
- Top with Raw Nutty Buckini Granola
Mix everything except the granola in a blender until smooth. Pour into in a bowl and top with lots of my Raw Nutty Granola and you are set!
