A long time favorite of mine. So easy and so delicious. The perfect breakfast or snack. Pure perfection and I can promise a foodgasm in your mouth when you eat these.
Recipe for 1 person
- Two slices whole wheat bread, or gluten-free
- 1 tbsp Chocolate & Coconut Cocobella Spread or any vegan chocolate spread
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Banana slices
- Fresh blueberries
Toast bread, spread a layer each of chocolate spread and almond butter, top with banana slices and fresh blueberries. Yum!
PS. Feel free to eat as many slices of bread you want I normally eat 2-4 slices depending on how hungry I am.
