One of my favorite juices! So good! A perfect and an easy way to boost your immun system and a very delicious way of doing it. Remember that food is medicine, what you put in your body will either boost your health or it will destroy your health. I like to eat what boosts my health, what about you? 😉
(Serves 1-2 people)
- 4 beets, washed and cleaned (skin on)
- 2 apples
- 1 large orange
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 2.5 inch / 3 cm fresh piece of ginger
Juice everything in a juicer and drink up.
