Hello everyone!! So it’s Monday again huh? YAY!!! I’m actually sooo pumped about this week and my life overall right now. Are you that too? About your life of course, not mine lol. A lot of things in my life starts to feels right now. I know what I want and I’m gonna get it no matter what people say or think. I’m just extremely tired of negative people. Like really really really tired of them. I think people who are pessimistic and negative are actually really jealous of those who are brave enough to follow their dreams and goals in life. I feel sorry for them. They don’t know better.

So what are you guys up to today? I’m trying to install the new OS X Yosemite on my computer, but it’s just so freaking annoying since it seems to take FOREVER haha!! Like seriously!!! I’ve been sitting here for 1.5 h and nothing seems to happen. These kind of things can really drive me crazy lol. But I’m sure I’m not alone ha! When these things happens I really wish I had a brother who could help me. Or a sister. Just SOMEBODY. Since I’m an only child I’m pretty used to figure things out on my own so I’m sure this Yosemite installation will be alright in the end haha.

Oh and you just HAVE to make this apple crumble pie!! It’s vegan, sugar free, gluten free and guilt free +  it’s SO easy to make. It takes like 5 min to make and then you just have to bake it for 20 min! It tastes like a Swedish Almond Tart cake called “Mazarin Cake” which basically tastes like a mix of sweet almond paste and marzipan. And those flavors combined with baked apples are just DIVINE.

Almond Tart Apple Pie Crumble Pie

  • 4 small sweet and crispy apples (I used "Gravensteiner apples" from my garden)
  • ⅔ cup almond flour (1.6 dl)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).
  2. Grease a small pie baking dish with coconut oil.
  3. Peel and slice your apples thinly and place them in the baking dish so they cover the bottom.
  4. Stir together all your ingredients for the crumble in a bowl.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble on top of your apples.
  6. Let bake in the oven for 20 min!
  7. Easy peasy lemon squeezy :)


Sjukaste äpple pajen alltså!!! Smakar precis som Mazariner! Skämtar inte!!! För er som inte vet så älskar jag verkligen Mazariner, men äter inte det så ofta nu eftersom det inte är så nyttigt…. Så denna pajen kommer jag definitivt göra fler gånger!!! När jag var liten så bjöd alltid min mormor på mazariner till fika och då fick jag alltid ett stort glas med kall mjölk till. Bästa. Dessa barndomsminnen <3

Mazarin Äpple Paj

  • 4 små äpplen, jag tog gröna Gravensteiner
  • 2 dl mandelmjöl
  • 1 tsk bakpulver
  • 1 tsk kanel
  • 1 msk lönnsirap
  • 1 msk kokosolja, smält
  • En nypa Himalaya salt
  1. Sätt ugnen på 175 grader.
  2. Smörj en pajform med kokosolja och lägg ut äpplena.
  3. Rör ihop mandelmjöl, kanel, bakpulver, salt, lönnsirap, kokosolja i en skål så det blir en smuldeg. Jag använde fingrarna. Strö ut smuldegen över äpplena.
  4. Baka pajen i ugnen ca 20 min.
  5. Servera med nice cream (banan glass) eller ät som det är bara.
