Guidelines to follow if you’re ordering from Sweden

If you want to a avoid paying custom fees try to order for max 330-335 kr / package.

Also keep an eye on the weight, the order cannot weigh more than 1.8 kg (you will see the weigh below your cart in checkout.

Choose ”Global Mail by DHL” as your shipping alternative since it’s the cheapest and often free shipping on all orders over 310 kr or somewhere around there.

Green superfood powder

A great green powder that contains a TON of different greens, vegetables, fruits, algaes etc. Perfect to boost your green daily intake by adding it into your smoothies.

Hemp Vanilla protein

One of the best vegan protein powders that actually taste good in smoothies and blends excellent.

Spirulina powder from Hawaii

The BEST spirulina powder out there, super clean and free from any pesticides, radiation and pollution.

Vegan Vitamin D-3

Since there is barely no sun at all 9 months of the year up here in the north of Europe I need to supplement with a high quality Vitamin D-3 capsules and so should you. I take one capsule of 5000 IU every other day all year round, even during the summer since it’s not that much sun here even in the summer lol.

The only exception to not supplement with Vitamin D-3  is if you live in a tropical country like Hawaii or any country where it’s super sunny all year round. A lack of vitamin-D can lead to catching colds more often than usual, blindness, depression, tiredness, fatigue, muscle pain, hair loss and bone loss just to name a few.

B12 Spray

Something you NEED to supplement with if you’re vegan is Vitamin B12 and I personally love to use this spray because it tastes great, it’s easy to use (I spray it every morning under my tongue so it will get absorbed easily) and it does the trick.

Most people think that B12 can only be found in animal products when in fact it’s entirely bacteria based. B12 is synthesized by bacteria and is therefore found in areas of bacterial growth, mostly dirt and soil. During hundreds of thousands of years humans have been getting their B12 by eating plants and vegetables that still had some soil on them, but today we wash our plants so well that we no longer get that soil that contains B12. That’s why we need to supplement with vitamin B12 and B12 is easily produced through bacterial fermentation and can be safely made into a daily supplement.

Digestion Enzymes

I normally take these if I’m gonna eat something that I know I’ll get bloated from eating like certain legumes, processed vegan products or bread.

Organic Blackstrap Molasses, Unsulphured

I always take 1 tablespoon of molasses in the morning after my hot lemon and ginger water. Blackstrap molasses is rich in potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, manganese, copper Vitamin B6 and zinc.

Algae Omega 3

Super clean vegan Omega-3 supplement made from algaes. Since I eat a lot of hulled hemp seeds and flax seed meal on a regular basis which both are a great source to omega-3 I don’t take this supplement as often, only on days where I haven’t consumed any hemp seeds or flax seed meal.

”Algae Omega is a vegetarian source of omega-3, and offers a unique combination of EPA and DHA without the use of fish.

Every batch of Nordic Naturals algae oils is tested by a third-party certified lab for environmental toxins, including heavy metals. All algae oils are in the triglyceride form and surpass the strictest international standards for purity and freshness.”
